Er you realize AMC is showing these movies now, right? They had the Princess Bride on the other night.

I hated Labryinth. I saw it in the theater, and all these Bowie fans were there, in leather, and it smelled so bad I got nauseus and spent half the time outside of White Flint trying not to puke. I haven't been able to watch the movie again because I associate it with feeling sick.

I've seen half of these movies just this last month.

I saw the tail end of PB this afternoon. Watched On the Town last night. Great film. New York has changed so much, and not for the better.

People always seem to hold these romantic views of places in the 1940s, but imagine being in the 1940s and being black, it probably would have sucked. I don't think people were as innocent as the movies portayed, though I like how people sounded back then, at least the actors.
